Xylem is continuously aiming to avoid causes for complaints by carrying out quality controls on a regular basis. However, if it may happen that the goods delivered do not meet your expectations; we provide quick and straightforward handling of your complaint.
Generally, an Non Conformance Report (NCR) form is attached to every WEDECO consignment. In case of a complaint, this NCR is to be filled out and should be sent immediately to the complaints department of your local Xylem Service subsidiary. Thus quick and individual processing is ensured. All further steps, such as collection of the goods, are then arranged individually between you and your Xylem Service.
Returned goods are checked by Xylem employees and then, according to the request stated in the NCR, repaired, replaced, disposed or credited if warranty applies.
