EFFIZON® Technology

The heart of the WEDECO PDA/PDO ozone system is the EFFIZON®HP ozone generator. Inside the ozone generator vessel, a specific number of tubes are welded between two fixed tube plates serving as grounded electrodes. The EFFIZON® HP electrodes, each consisting of a high voltage electrode, a stainless steel mesh and dielectric glass tube, are placed inside the grounded tubes. Ozone is produced in the gaps between the grounded electrode, the dielectric and the high voltage electrode. ITT Water & Wastewater grants a 10 years warranty for the EFFIZON® HP electrodes.

PDA / PDO series for large capacity applications

For individual ozone capacities beginning at 15.3 kg/h and continuing to more than 250 kg/h, there is a standard PDA/PDO model to meet your needs. In addition, custom-designed generators can be manufactured to produce larger quantities of ozone if required. Whether the challenge involves drinking water treatment, chemical oxidation, bleaching or pollution control, PDA/PDO series generators can provide the solution.

Options for WEDECO PDA / PDO systems

A number of options are available for control of the process which can be incorporated into the package during manufacture. All necessary instrumentation, PLC logic etc would be included to provide the required level of control.
